What Makes Us Different

What We Do

We offer a unique blend of massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, and naprapathy in a team-based approach.  We use various techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular therapy (NMT), to deliver results-oriented, individualized treatments. We offer a collaborative approach, with you actively participating in your personal health journey. We may recommend corrective exercises or self-massage techniques to prolong your treatment’s positive effects and achieve overall health.
